Hottest Summer ‘Shopping Festival’

Abby’s Garden Resort shall be launching the hottest summer ‘Shopping Festival’ on April 5, 2010 to May 31, 2010 at its open field that measures approximately half a hectare. This is an attempt of the resort to provide an avenue for the small and medium entrepreneurs (SME) in the area and neighboring towns to promote their products and services and eventually generate profitable income.

Isn’t it that you want to get your sales increased through innovative ideas? One of the best ideas is by joining in a bazaar or exhibit. Isn’t it that through this activity you let your target market know that you exist and provide them the best products/services and inculcating in their minds the value for money? Definitely, you shall be attracting customers through your various offers. Coming up with this summer ‘Shopping Festival’ shall help you entrepreneurs widen your business horizon, marketing strategies and operational activities. Facilities will be provided for your convenience.

When we opened late summer last year Abby’s Garden Resort experienced a huge influx of resort-goers approximately 3,000 guests and inquiries – that include locals and foreigners. To draw more people, we are contemplating on holding events such as beauty and talent contest and events tailored for the kids.

We are also glad to inform you that early this time we have already bookings for summer outings, seminars, and weddings.

With all these, the figure last summer is expected to triple the number comes summer of 2010 as we intensify our campaign on-line and offline not to mention the escalating word of mouth advertising we got from people who experienced the beauty and relaxing ambiance of Abby’s Garden Resort. This in fact has driven us to invite you to join us in this summer business excitements. And not only that, we are also excited to design our offers that will make our customers go and experience shopping!

MECHANICS

1. The rental fee is pegged at P2, 500.00 for the whole duration of the hottest summer ‘Shopping Festival 2010’. The festival shall run from April 5, 2010 – May 31, 2010 (8am until 8pm)
2. Sign-up the registration form and deposit P1, 000.00. Non-Refundable.
3. Abby’s Garden Resort shall provide you a space where you can build a business tent that measures 4 square meter x 3 square meter. You shall provide and install the materials for your tent.
4. If you have no manpower to do the installation, Abby’s Garden Resort shall provide people to do it for a fee.
5. To draw more people, the resort shall intensify its campaign, online and offline and word of mouth advertising. Abby’s Garden Resort is also considering holding events that will encourage the people to come.
6. A layout of the area shall be provided by the resort for you to be able to choose the place you want to install the tent.
7. In the case of food stalls, only 2 types of food offering will be allowed. (For example, only 2 stalls are allowed to sell merienda, 2 stalls are allowed to sell lunch). This restriction applies only to food stalls.
8. Electricity shall be provided for free after 5pm only. If you are going to use electricity during daytime, you will be charged based on the number of appliances you are going to use. Commercial rates apply.
